At 3…2…1…Go! You will start on a 400 meter Run followed by 25 Sit-Ups. Next, you will perform a 400m Run followed by 25 Bird Dogs. After that, you will do a 40 meter Run followed by 25 Inch Worms. And finally, you will perform a 400m Run followed by 25 Flutter Kicks

Stimulus

The intended stimulus for this workout is a medium intensity. We want a steady heart rate evolution for 20 to 30 minutes. Repeat this as many times as needed.
