Description

At 3…2…1…Go! You’ll pick up 2 Kettlebells and become a golden god for a few minutes. The sheer exhilaration from throwing these bells around will instantly make you 75% more attractive to all genders…and some animals as well so proceed with caution.


We all know what 21-15-9 means. You’ll do 21 of each movement, then 15, then 9 of each. Amen, hallelujah, RoadieFit forever.


When you put those kettlebells down get ready for an intense wave of separation anxiety to wash over you. But do not fret my friends! Just take a few deep breaths and let it happen. Because what comes next is a healthy dose of enough serotonin to launch any ex-hippie into a Pink Floyd inspired flashback that will launch you to another dimension and remind you that god is love and we are all stardust connected by a beautiful collective consciousness.


Your score is the time it takes to complete all the reps. And maybe take a selfie.

Weight

The weight for this workout should be heavy or moderate. Wed like to see big sets without putting these bells down. Make sure you warm up a few rounds so you can pick the correct weight and check your video angles.

Stimulus

The intended stimulus for this workout is that of an erection. Everything in your body and mind firing at the same time in a beautiful dance of choreographed unison all trying to achieve the same elusive goal. Excellence.

Scales and Mods

Lighten up the weight or replace the KBs with a sandbag or backpack.

Maybe we'll have a gym one day. Or even a tour bus. Or maybe this is the last workout we'll ever do. We honestly don’t know.
