The intended stimulus for this workout is 3 all out sprints. Don't worry about breaks at all there is allotted time to get your life situated after every AMRAP. This workout is when we put the pedal all the way down and see what we can do.

To express our appreciation and gratitude for these everyday heroes, we are releasing workouts as a part of our "Hero" series. This is a small tribute from us here at RoadieFit to people in our extended family who are risking their lives to save ours. In this Hero series, workouts will be released every Saturday and designed to honor a specific frontliner doing their part during this pandemic.

Today we honor Officer Bryan David, a patrol officer with the city of Fort Lauderdale. Bryan has been competing in CrossFit since 2009, competed in 8 CrossFit Games regionals, and was one of the original players for the Fort Lauderdale Lions. Currently he loves training for fun and with friends. Even after contracting COVID-19, Officer David continues to put his life on the line each day of duty, and that's something we can't express enough gratitude for.

As we launch into this workout please take a minute and think about the people we're doing this for. The RoadieFit Hero Series is about honoring the people risking their lives to take care of us during this crisis. Those in the hospitals, ambulances, fire trucks, and squad cars who repeatedly step up and face this massive challenge we face today.

Have fun. Stay safe.

Let's get it!!!
