Welcome to the RoadieFit community!
We here, are a different breed of Roadies. A different generation of Musicians, Techs, Managers, Merch folk, Drivers, etc. Our touring crews and bands aren't like they used to be or like the stereotypes dictate. We are conscious of our health. We want longevity and success in this business and we're not afraid to work hard for it. RoadieFit was born out of a need to change the way we work and live inside of a culture that is only about tonight, not the future. The way we change, is together. Strength in numbers. Stronger together. Don't get us wrong, we're not curing Cancer here(maybe preventing it), but if you get your ass up and workout a few times a week you just might just feel a little bit better about that after show cocktail and taco bar.
We've had quite a few new members join us this week and we couldn't be happier you're here. The more people who are a part of RoadieFit, the stronger our community is.
Just a quick rundown of how things work.
Workouts will be posted daily along with some helpful information, scaling workouts, equipment needed and videos. Once you've completed the workout, post your score and track your progress. Pretty simple. We'll have the workout posted the night before or earlier so you can plan your day and and make sure you get it done.
You all are the first brave souls to get onboard. As we grow and go forward we would love and need your input. Please contact us with any questions, advice, or dumb road workout stories. We look forward to hearing from you.
